Energy Star Rebates
ENERGY STAR qualified products and practices help you save money and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by meeting strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. EPA and U.S. DOE. The ENERGY STAR label also designates superior energy performance in homes and buildings.
Federal Tax Incentive
On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed a revolutionary stimulus bill, also known as The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, that called for significant changes to the energy efficiency tax credits. Windows will require both a U-Factor and a SHGC (solar heat gain coefficient) both less than or equal to 0.30 in order to be eligible for the new credits.
What does this mean for you?
If you purchase any qualifying windows, then you are eligible to receive a tax credit of 30% of the product cost, up to $1500, on all eligible products. There has never been a better time to replace windows in your home!
Find out if you are eligible for federal tax credits or other energy rebates.
Note: In order for homeowners to receive rebates, NFRC labels must remain on the windows until a gas/utility company representative inspects the windows. Some rebates may require a manufacturing order number, which
A.D. Construction will provide upon completion of project.
